Overview

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Monitoring account reconciliation and MJE
• Finishing goods stock accounting monitoring
• Accrual processing for AP & AR / R&D, including plant transfer monitoring
• Posting and monitoring provisions and incentives
• Managing GL bank payment flow (via ICM) from central finance
• Forecast reporting and management within BW-BPS
• Preparing manual journal entries using ATR&MIS tool
• Intercompany documentation and control
• Regional P/L allocation for depreciation and costs
• Controlling charts of accounts
• Managing master data
• Ensuring SLA compliance

Knowledge & Experience

• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in R2R, GL, or tax
• Proficient with SAP system and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in similar roles is considered an asset
