Candidate Requirements ✅

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken)
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of medical terminologies is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work at least 20 hours weekly, with no planned absences for the first 6 months
• Legally authorized to work in the US and reside in the US
• Quiet, secure, and suitable home office environment
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Comfortable on camera, as video call interpretation is mandatory
