We are seeking enthusiastic B2B Digital Sales Specialists to contribute to our LinkedIn Project. In this position, you'll engage with businesses across Europe, demonstrating how LinkedIn’s advertising tools can enhance their visibility, attract targeted audiences, and foster growth.

Location: Remote from Bulgaria

Languages: German (C2) + English (B2)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Start Date: 12 January 2026

Model: Fully remote

Salary: 4300 BGN + quarterly bonuses 💰

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Reaching out to potential B2B clients via calls, emails, and creative lead generation strategies.
• 💼 Understanding client goals and demonstrating how our digital solutions can support their success.
• 🔑 Maintaining a pipeline filled with exciting opportunities and converting prospects into satisfied clients.
• 🎯 Advising clients on campaign optimization, best practices, and growth opportunities.
• 🗃️ Staying organized with up-to-date CRM records and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Requirements

• 🗣️ Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2)
• ✅ Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience, preferably in tech and digital advertising
• 📈 Solid understanding of business development and lead-generation methodologies
• 🤝 Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
