• Fluent in English and French
• At least 1+ year of call center experience
• Reside and work in the United States (equipment cannot be taken out of country, VPN verification required)

Job Description 📝

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll contact customers regarding auto leases and loans related to insurance issues. These may include cancellations, missed payments, or missing documentation. Your role involves gathering information from the customer on behalf of the insurance company to resolve these issues and ensure all insurance requirements are met.

Note: All calls are informational—no sales or collections involved.

Daily Responsibilities 🚀

• Make approximately 14 calls per hour — all on the phone throughout the day
• Verify insurance details with agents (e.g., check if deductions seem appropriate)
• Upload information into the company's internal system
• Leave scripted messages when insurance agents do not answer (based on approved client scripts)

Shift Schedule 🕒

Training: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CST

Post-training shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm CST

• This is a Contract to Hire role based out of New Orleans, LA

Pay & Benefits 💰

The pay rate is $16.00/hr. Benefits vary based on eligibility and employment length:
