Exciting Opportunity: Remote Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual & Monolingual)
Join a leading US Fortune 1,000 company supporting Government Health and Human services agencies as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for bilingual and monolingual candidates to excel from home.
Position Details
- Title: Remote Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual and Monolingual Candidates)
- Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in AZ, CA, or TX)
- Duration: 6 Months Temp-to-Hire
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM PST (willing to work evenings)
- Equipment: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
- Training Period: 2-3 Weeks
- Start Date: Tuesday, May 26
- Pay Rate:
- Bilingual Candidates: $16.50/hr
- Monolingual Candidates: $16.00/hr
Important Language Requirements 🌐
Fluency in English AND one of the following languages:
- Laotian/Lao
- Japanese
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Vietnamese
- Korean
- Cambodian
- Hmong
- Tagalog
- Spanish
BYOD System Requirements 🔧
Candidates must use their own equipment meeting these specifications:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent
- Memory: 4 GB RAM required; 8 GB preferred
- Storage: 64 GB required, with 128 GB SSD or 256 GB preferred
- Internet: Wired RJ-45 connection, minimum 20 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload
- Headset: Wired headset with microphone, USB Gen 2 or newer

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Experience in call centers or customer service
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and one of the listed languages
