- Manage complaints, offer suitable solutions within designated timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably within finance or e-commerce sectors
- College degree or higher
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Turkish for effective communication with international partners
- Previous experience supporting cross-functional teams is advantageous
