About the Job

We are seeking dedicated German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to assist HBO Max users with technical issues, account inquiries, content questions, and subscription support across various channels. All equipment will be provided, and this is a fully remote position.

About the Role

• Support HBO Max users via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Help customers resolve technical issues and answer content or subscription questions
• Follow internal protocols and escalate cases when necessary
• Maintain empathy, professionalism, and accuracy in all interactions

Project Details

• Project: HBO Max
• Contract: Full-Time
• Location: Remote (residents in Turkey only)
• Languages Required: German (C1), English (B1)
• Shifts: Rotating schedule including summer and winter shifts

Shift Schedule

• Summer: 10:00 – 19:00, 13:00 – 22:00, 16:00 – 01:00
• Winter: 11:00 – 20:00, 14:00 – 23:00, 17:00 – 02:00

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Computer literate
• Turkish ID (must reside in Turkey)
