Role Overview

Are you a strong analytical thinker with excellent English comprehension? We are seeking candidates capable of digesting extensive content, conducting online research, validating information, and collaborating with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex puzzles! Your work will be pivotal in fine-tuning and enhancing AI models like GPT, turning you into an AI-driven analyst.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Respond to diverse analytical questions and generate scenarios to enhance LLM training.
• Correct and explain outputs where models might go wrong, such as:
• Sales Analysis: Analyzing which location has grown the most based on sales distribution over time.
• Delivery Routing Puzzle: Determining the neighborhoods a mail carrier will visit next, given specific rules and previous visits.

No specialized domain experience required—just sharp thinking and analytical skills!

Requirements

• Multilingual Capabilities: Fluent in English and Korean.
• Analytical Skills: Strong research, reasoning, and content breakdown abilities.
• Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative & Lateral Thinking: Innovative problem-solving mindset.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent team communication skills.
• Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
• Commitment: Available for up to 40 hours per week overlapping US hours.
• Technical Setup: Reliable desktop/laptop with a good internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Professional writing experience (e.g., analyst, journalist, copywriter, translator).
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite.
• Basic data interpretation, logical reasoning, and arithmetic skills.

Offer Details
