Role Overview 🎯

We are seeking candidates with strong analytical expertise and excellent English comprehension. The ideal applicant will be capable of:

• Reading, summarizing, and logically breaking down large volumes of content
• Conducting online research and validating claims
• Collaborating with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex puzzles

Your work will be crucial in fine-tuning and enhancing large language models like GPT, making this a perfect opportunity to become an AI analysis expert and future-proof your career!

Daily Responsibilities 📝

Spend your days answering engaging analytical questions and creating scenarios to train and improve AI models. Some examples include:

• Analyzing sales data across locations to identify which has grown most, considering relevant time frames and variability
• Solving logistical puzzles, such as determining mail delivery routes based on given constraints and rules

No prior specific domain experience is required for these tasks.

Requirements ✅

• Multilingual capabilities in English and Korean are mandatory
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to provide detailed feedback and annotations
• Creative and lateral thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely
• Availability of 40 hours/week, overlapping with US hours (2-5 hrs/day) in UTC-8:00 timezone
• Reliable desktop/laptop setup with a solid internet connection

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields—candidates with relevant experience without a degree are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in professional writing (e.g., business or research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, translation)
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Suite tools
• Basic understanding of data interpretation, logical reasoning, and arithmetic
