Job Overview
Join our team to create scientifically accurate, rigorously designed prompts and rubrics in both Spanish and English, ensuring the clarity, regional appropriateness, and academic quality of assessments used in AI model training and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Design and Optimize STEM-Based Prompts (Bilingual): Develop detailed prompts in Spanish and/or English, incorporating multiple constraints and precise instructions grounded in scientific accuracy.
- Define and Document Evaluation Standards: Establish high-level expectations for correct responses in STEM fields, and create comprehensive rubrics emphasizing scientific rigor, clarity, regional terminology, and academic tone.
- Conduct Model Testing and Grading (Bilingual): Test prompts on AI models, assess outputs for scientific correctness, reasoning, and clarity, and compare responses across Spanish and English as needed.
- Support Benchmarking and Quality Assurance: Collaborate on QA reviews to ensure prompt quality, consistency, and reliability across Spanish-language evaluation sets prior to official deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in written Spanish, specifically from the United States (Spanish-speaking), Spain, Chile, or Mexico 🇺🇸🇪🇸🇨🇱🇲🇽
- Strong reading and writing skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
- Familiarity with undergraduate STEM topics
- Excellent writing and critical thinking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in teaching, research, or applied STEM fields
- Experience with Spanish-language STEM curricula or academic standards in relevant regions
