Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support within our 24⁄7 operational call center, assisting travelers with diverse inquiries such as enrollment and travel-related questions.
  • Respond swiftly and accurately to global traveler inquiries concerning applications managed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) related to re-entry, visa renewals, and immigration matters.
  • Engage with customers through phone and email to deliver precise information based on approved response materials.
  • Navigate multiple inquiries within a single email while utilizing government-approved templates.
  • Accurately enter details into the Customer Database, upholding high standards of grammar and spelling while ensuring proper categorization of subjects and resolutions.
  • Relay any reportable communications to the appropriate department.
  • Clarify policies and procedures for travelers, offering valuable information on general travel assistance and DHS claims.
  • Undertake additional tasks as necessary to support team objectives and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing web-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Technical aptitude for navigating digital tools and platforms.

Qualifications
