Your Responsibilities π οΈ
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve inquiries in English & Spanish
- Stay calm and professional while de-escalating customer issues
- Escalate interactions as needed
- Assist with requests, including processing payments
- Record all interactions for reporting and auditing
- Provide valuable feedback on call issues
- Upsell products/services when appropriate
What We Look For π§
- Ability to work remotely within a virtual team
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfort working with desktop systems
- Strong oral & written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Logical problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Work From Home Requirements π
- Internet Speed: Minimum download 25.0 Mbps, upload 10.0 Mbps
- Reliable internet with no packet loss, ping under 50ms
- Connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean, quiet workspace at home
