Job Description

As a Recruiting Generalist, you will support our recruiting and talent sourcing functions, playing a vital role in managing the recruiting lifecycle efficiently without compromising quality. Your contributions will help us meet our business hiring goals.

Responsibilities 🎯

• Develop strategies to meet hiring objectives within tight deadlines, leveraging your understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles.
• Ensure accurate documentation following compliance guidelines.
• Maintain professional protocol in candidate communication and engagement.
• Adapt quickly to process changes and updates.
• Apply a detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently between multiple parties.

Essential Skills and Qualifications 📝

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related roles, or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related fields.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• LinkedIn Certification.
• Experience recruiting for large technology companies.

Pay Range & Benefits 💰

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $38.00 to $45.00/hr. Eligible benefits may include:
