📝 Key Responsibilities & Impact

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees, providing support via phone, email, or chat 📞💻
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to pay, time off, and benefits with accuracy and confidentiality 🔒
  • Manage employee support cases using Workday and ServiceNow case management tools 🛠️
  • Apply critical thinking to analyze and resolve moderately complex and sensitive issues 🤔
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while assisting employees ✅

🧑‍💼 What We're Looking For

  • Must be over 18 years of age 🎂
  • High school diploma or equivalent 📜

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years in employee support / HR, with solid knowledge of policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS 🌐
    • Or 4+ years in customer service support with basic HR knowledge 💼
    • Preferred: coursework in HR Management, HRIS, or related fields 🎓
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS platforms required 💻
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow case management tools strongly preferred 📊
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal English and Spanish skills (C1 or higher) 🗣️✍️
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving:
    • Ability to research, listen, and resolve inquiries efficiently 🧠
  • Other:
    • Knowledge of employee pay, benefits, or time off is a plus 👍
    • Typing speed of 50–60 WPM 🖥️

  • Internet Speed: Minimum download 25.0 Mbps and upload 10.0 Mbps 🚀
  • No packet loss and ping under 30ms for stable connectivity 📶
