Your Role & Responsibilities 📝

• Maintain high-quality standards for all client programs, following scripts and guidelines closely
• Accurately gather and record information within various program databases
• Demonstrate effective communication and tele-management skills 📞
• Engage with callers empathetically, assisting them in understanding medical terminology when needed
• Manage multiple projects efficiently with strong organizational skills
• Comply with all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Adapt flexibly within the department, including performing administrative duties as required
• Safeguard patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules 🔒

What You Need to Succeed 🌟

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in an Inbound Call Center
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to participate actively in meetings and calls without disruption
• Proficiency with keyboard and mouse; tech-savvy
• Professional and courteous telephone manner
• Flexible scheduling for rotating shifts to meet business needs
