RemX - Accounting & Finance Staffing Is Hiring A Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

RemX Staffing is looking for BILINGUAL Customer Service Representatives. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with scheduling regular meal deliveries.

• Title: Customer Service Rep
• Employment Type: Contract
• Location: REMOTE | Must line in Miramar or Plantation to pick up equipment
• Salary: Bilingual Spanish $18/hour
• Start Date: TBD
• Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
• Training: Training is 2 weeks and then you'll be taking phone calls!

Responsibilities:

• Assist callers with questions related to their health insurance / meal deliveries
• Assist callers with issues and navigation of site/portal
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.

Requirements:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH AND LIVE IN MIRAMAR OR PLANTATION TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT
• GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
• 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
• Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
