Position Overview
We are actively recruiting for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Spanish). This proactive role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email support to our diverse client base. Fluent communication in both English and Spanish, along with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset, are essential.

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls: Courteous, timely, and professional communication

- Escalate issues: Refer complex concerns to managers appropriately
- First call resolution: Solve problems effectively on first contact

- Attendance & schedule adherence: Maintain reliability and punctuality
- Additional duties: Support ongoing company needs as required
Candidate Qualifications

- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Minimum 6 months of voice, email, or chat support experience as a Spanish Agent
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Grammar assessment score > 85%
- Customer comprehension skills > 90%
- CRM platform knowledge (advantageous)
- Ability to troubleshoot, evaluate, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
- Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical & Employment Conditions
