Note: While this position is remote, candidates must reside in Massachusetts to be considered.
Requirements
- Diligently prepare cases, develop legal strategies, and drafting cover letters.
- Develop an expert-level understanding of client cases, including preparing immigrant/non-immigrant petitions with in-depth knowledge of EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFEs.
- Manage various projects and deadlines, continuously revising legal documents as needed.
- Communicate complex legal terminology effectively and succinctly with clients.
- Research legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
- Stay updated on legislative changes impacting immigration law.
- Develop solutions to intricate legal questions.
- Provide training to client companies and individuals regarding substantive legal topics and recent immigration laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share information, resolve client issues, and support projects.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and foreign nationals about procedural and case development issues.
- Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for various visa statuses.
- Coordinate with global mobility teams and legal counsel to prepare petitions for submission to DOL and USCIS for non-immigrant and immigrant statuses.
- Supervise paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- 1-2 years of experience with EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFEs is a plus.
