About the Role

As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will facilitate the bank's growth by managing key client relationships, structuring deals, and generating significant revenue through sales, syndications, and tailored financial solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic client relationships, providing expert financial advice and solutions 🤝
  • Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals, collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally 💼
  • Support sales activities, including presentations, proposals, and information requests 📊
  • Coordinate cash management product implementations, ensuring timely delivery
  • Participate in industry forums and conferences to stay ahead of market trends and emerging products 🌐
  • Analyze client data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making 💡
  • Identify areas for process improvement to streamline operations and enhance client experience ⚙️
  • Maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and provide ongoing strategic advice 💼
  • Negotiate high-value transactions and explore cross-selling opportunities 🔄
  • Ensure adherence to compliance policies, mitigate risks, and uphold service standards ✅

Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years in Relationship, Account, or Portfolio Management within corporate banking environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting 🎓
  • Credit qualifications and related knowledge for qualifying roles

Proficiency Levels

  • Intermediate: Product knowledge, regulatory compliance, deal structuring, portfolio management, credit risk assessment, project management, customer service, problem solving, negotiation, relationship building
  • Advanced: Financial analysis

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Salary range: $69,000.00 - $127,800.00 per year, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is salaried, and compensation may include performance incentives, bonuses, and additional perks.
