Job Description

As a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch, you will be the face of our brand, representing our culture with hospitality, financial expertise, and innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
- Manage assigned clients by proactively meeting with them in person and over the phone to understand their financial needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Build trust through clear, polite, and consultative communication—ask questions, listen actively, and anticipate client needs.
- Connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to facilitate banking whenever, wherever.
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult and connect clients with our team of experts for specialized financial services.
- Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and security.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries demonstrating success in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong ability to create memorable experiences and elevate client satisfaction. 🌟
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse client needs.
- Proven skill in resolving client issues with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent experience.
- Ability to operate within established risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Minimum licensing requirements include the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. All unlicensed candidates must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire with support from JPMC.
- Availability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- College degree or military experience.
- Experience following banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 🏦

Federal Deposit Insurance Act: Employment offers are contingent upon JPMorgan Chase’s review of criminal history, including pretrial diversions.
Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act: Employment is contingent upon review of criminal history, credit report, and other relevant information demonstrating financial responsibility and good character. Felony convictions within the last 7 years may disqualify applicants.
Upon employment, registration with the NMLS will be required. Continued employment depends on compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including registration and renewals.
