📝 Job Responsibilities

• Put clients first: Deliver attentive, friendly, and welcoming service to exceed expectations.
• Manage client relationships: Actively meet with assigned clients in person and via phone to understand financial needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
• Communicate effectively: Use clear, polite, and consultative dialogue to build trust—ask questions, listen actively, and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology: Connect clients with digital tools such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to facilitate their banking needs anytime, anywhere.
• Learn and collaborate: Quickly master products, services, and procedures, and work with specialized team members to address complex financial needs.
• Adhere to policies: Follow all operational, regulatory, and security guidelines to ensure compliance and safety.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields, with a proven track record of building client relationships and achieving results.
• Exceptional communication skills—both in person and over the phone — with the ability to customize conversations to meet diverse client needs.
• Capability to resolve client issues promptly and accurately, delivering a consistent experience.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and fulfill all training and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Necessary licenses: Securities Industry Essential (SIE), FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. All unlicensed candidates must obtain these within 180 days of hire, with provided study resources.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential.

• Experience with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

This role involves compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending regulations for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent upon background checks, credit reports, NMLS registration, and demonstrating financial responsibility and good character. Felony convictions within the last seven years disqualify applicants.
