As a Relationship Banker within a Chase branch, you will embody our brand and culture by delivering hospitality and leveraging the latest financial technology. You'll take a leadership role in acquiring, managing, and nurturing meaningful client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions to simplify their lives and contribute to the branch’s success.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

  • Put clients first: Deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that exceeds expectations.
  • Manage client relationships: Proactively meet with assigned clients in person or over the phone to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Communicate effectively: Use clear, polite, and consultative communication to build trust—ask questions, listen actively, and anticipate client needs.
  • Educate on technology: Connect clients to digital solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, helping them bank whenever, wherever, and however they prefer.
  • Learn and collaborate: Quickly master products, services, and procedures to provide effective consultations, working closely with our team of experts on specialized financial needs.
  • Adhere to policies: Follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements meticulously.

✔️ Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
  • Ability to create memorable customer experiences that elevate client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with the ability to adapt features and benefits to diverse client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client issues with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent experience.
  • Operate within risk parameters, complying with all regulations and completing required training.
  • Educational requirement: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Licenses: Securities Industry Essential (SIE), FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days via JPMC’s program.
  • Must be available to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
  • Bilingual in English and Russian is required.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • College degree or military experience.
  • Prior experience following banking policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

This role is subject to Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent upon review of your criminal and credit history, and compliance with licensing and registration with the NMLS under the SAFE Act.
