Position: Client Service Associate - Financial Center

This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions using self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. The core responsibilities include processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while fostering meaningful conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities and connecting them with suitable solutions. 💼🤝

Responsibilities

• Execute the bank's risk culture and pursue operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to identify and meet their financial needs
• Follow established processes and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in daily activities
• Expand business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively within the financial center
• Drive the client experience by providing exceptional service
• Handle cash responsibilities with precision and care

Required Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual skills required
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
• Effective collaborator capable of building and nurturing relationships

• Solution-oriented with confidence in engaging clients and identifying financial solutions

• Availability to work weekends, extended hours, and travel to various centers within a reasonable distance

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in financial services industry and knowledge of products and solutions
• Selling experience with targets in a salary plus incentive environment
• Cash handling experience (minimum 6 months)
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., Business Management, Finance)
