Job Overview
This position focuses on engaging clients in the branch lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service options like mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. You'll process cash transactions accurately and connect with clients to understand and address their financial and personal priorities, offering tailored solutions to help achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute risk culture and operational excellence: Uphold bank policies and compliance standards.
- Build client relationships: Identify and meet clients' financial needs.
- Follow established processes: Ensure accuracy and adherence to laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Enhance knowledge: Collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage center operations: Oversee traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences: Drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle cash responsibilities: Manage cash transactions efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and industry knowledge.
- At least one year of successful sales experience with individual sales goals.
- Cash handling experience (minimum six months).
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, finance).
