Job Overview
This role involves engaging clients directly in the lobby to educate them on self-service banking options such as mobile apps, online banking, and ATMs. You will process transactions accurately, build strong client relationships, and connect clients to financial solutions that align with their goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Mandarin proficiency is essential

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of products and solutions
- Minimum one year of successful sales experience with individual sales goals
- Cash handling experience of at least six months
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, finance)

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $25.00 – $27.88 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set
