Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin is essential.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships.
- Passionate about improving clients' financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions tailored to client needs.
- Effective and confident communicator, comfortable engaging diverse clients.
- Adaptable to new information and technology platforms.
- Comfortable educating clients on self-service banking transactions (e.g., ATM, online, mobile).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and time management.
- Ability to work weekends, extended hours, and travel within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of related products and solutions.
- Minimum of one year successful sales experience with individual sales goals.
- Cash handling experience of at least six months.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, finance).
