Position Overview

This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. Responsibilities include accurately processing cash transactions, conducting meaningful conversations to understand client priorities, and connecting clients with solutions that align with their financial goals. 🏦

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster the bank's risk culture and aim for operational excellence
  • Build strong relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
  • Follow established processes and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Expand business knowledge and network by collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound communications effectively
  • Enhance the client experience through exceptional service
  • Handle cash responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Hindi (bilingual requirement)
  • Enthusiastic, results-driven self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships effectively
  • Passionate about improving clients’ financial lives and delivering a superior experience
  • Confident in identifying solutions tailored to client needs
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with all clients
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new information and technologies
  • Proficient in educating clients on self-service banking platforms like ATM, online, and mobile banking
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work priorities effectively
  • Available to work weekends and extended hours on a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, knowledge of industry products and solutions
  • At least 1 year of successful sales experience with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree in business, finance, or related field

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $25.00 – $27.88/hour (dependent on experience, education, and skills)
