Position Overview
This position is open across the entire market, with the final assignment based on business requirements. Newly hired teammates will train at one financial center and may be transferred within a reasonable commuting distance.
Location: Los Angeles Downtown Area (Flexible based on business needs)
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, ATM)
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Build meaningful client relationships by understanding their financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals
- Follow established processes and legal regulations to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Collaborate with small business, lending, and investment experts to grow business knowledge
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
- Drive the overall client experience and satisfaction
- Handle cash responsibilities with diligence
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and industry knowledge
- Minimum one year of successful sales experience with measurable goals
- Six months cash handling experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree in Business or Finance

Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
