The Global Regulatory Compliance Team (GRCT)
The GRCT is responsible for monitoring worldwide regulatory changes covering areas such as Product Safety, WEEE, RoHS, Chemicals, Circular Economy, Energy Efficiency, Climate Change, Sustainability, Environmental Health and Safety, and more. We collaborate with leading companies in Electronics, Textiles, and Automotive industries.
Role Overview: Regulatory Analyst
As a Regulatory Analyst, you will be a key expert within our international team, conducting regulatory research and analysis, producing detailed summaries, and assisting with customer queries. Your main focus will be monitoring regulations in one or more Asian countries—potentially including Korea—and providing critical information such as compliance deadlines and key requirements.
This role offers an opportunity to expand your expertise in specific geographic regions, topics, or sectors as you gain valuable knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities
KRA 1: Monitoring and Research 🔍
- Monitor regulatory developments across assigned countries, regions, topics, and sectors.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive, reliable source bank of regulatory information for effective monitoring.
- Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for country-specific regulation monitoring.
- Utilize advanced tools and AI technologies to optimize the efficiency of regulatory tracking.
- Conduct general research related to global regulations and standards.
- Assess, identify, and report regulatory changes relevant to specific products or policy areas, supporting client needs such as project requirements or assessments.
KRA 2: Subject Matter Expertise (SME) 🧠
- Develop deep knowledge of key regulatory topics, sectors, and geographic areas.
- Expand expertise through reading, webinars, conferences, and creating educational content.
- Assist in preparing and presenting webinars for clients, collaborating closely with senior team members.
- Respond to customer queries through our "Ask Our Experts" service within your area of expertise.
- Contribute to content creation such as blogs, white papers, newsletters, and collaborate with marketing teams to highlight regulatory trends.
- Participate in SME "pods" to ensure alignment, consistent knowledge sharing, and effective marketing efforts.
KRA 3: C2P Platform Management ⚙️
- Review sources entered into the C2P database and work towards self-publishing approval from the QA Manager.
- Ensure that all content is structured, accurate, and meets quality standards.
- Guarantee the reliability, timeliness, and quality of information provided to clients.
- Regularly update the platform with regulatory news and expert commentary on global developments.

Experience & Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Information Science, Library Science, or Equivalent. Strong research and writing skills required.
- Postgraduate or Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in legal research, regulatory compliance, or related internships.
- Proficient in conducting regulatory research and analyzing legal documents.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); native Korean, Russian, or Thai speakers are an advantage—additional languages are desirable.
- Experience with environmental or product compliance regulations is preferred.
- Proven ability to create thought leadership content such as whitepapers, webinars, blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts.
- Willingness and ability to travel for work needs.
