About the Role

As a Registered (Support) Staff, you will be integral to our team by supporting real estate operations, assisting tenants, and handling various office tasks. Your flexibility and reliability will help ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients 🤝
• Assist real estate agents with administrative duties 🏢
• Support tenants with move-in processes 🚪
• Perform general office tasks as assigned 🗂️

Work Schedule ⏰

• Flexible Schedule: Assignments are provided as needed, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and after 5 PM on weekdays.
• Minimum 2-hour Shifts: Guaranteed at least 2 hours of pay per shift, regardless of actual work duration.

Compensation 💰

Hourly rate ranges from approximately $15.00 - $20.00 based on experience (DOE).

Qualifications ✅

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable transportation
• Real Estate Sales Person License (Preferred, but not required)
