📝 Responsibilities

• Provide advice & support to Residents and their families as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Monitor Residents' health and administer medications and treatments
• Document Resident care services by charting in Resident & departmental records
• Protect Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols
• Resolve Resident problems & needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
• Maintain quality of care by following Facility philosophies & standards
• Ensure Resident confidentiality and uphold trust

🛠️ Requirements

• Bilingual Mandarin/English
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Long-Term Care experience (preferred)
• Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly demeanor and strong teamwork abilities
