🩺 Duties
- Provide advice & support to Residents and their families as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments
- Document resident care services by charting in Resident & department records
- Protect Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols
- Resolve Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Ensure quality of care by following Facility philosophies & standards of care
- Maintain resident confidentiality to keep Resident confidence high
🔑 Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin & English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
- Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly personality and strong team orientation
