Perfect Smile Doc is expanding, and we’re seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with orthodontic experience to contribute to our vibrant team. This role offers more than clinical assisting — it’s about building trust and confidence with our patients while delivering exceptional care.

Location 🏢

This position requires rotation across multiple office locations:

• 555 E Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY
• 468 E Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY
• 192 Dyckman St, New York, NY

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures such as braces placement, adjustments, and bonding
• Take digital scans, X-rays, and patient photographs
• Prepare and sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA standards
• Maintain a smooth flow of patients in a high-volume setting
• Create a positive and professional experience for patients
• Support new patient visits by explaining treatment value and addressing concerns

Qualifications & Requirements ✅

• Active RDA license in New York
• Orthodontic experience is essential
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work Saturdays
