We're Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 🧩

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team. The RBT will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate has experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities and a strong understanding of ABA principles.

Responsibilities: Must Have RBT Certification ✅

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one in-home and community-based ABA therapy
• Collect data to monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓

• Access to reliable transportation 🚗
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible, full-time, or part-time schedules
• Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Successful completion of a background check

• Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
