Position: Regional Sales Managers – Terex Minerals Processing Systems – ERSA
Location: France or Belgium (Fully remote with regular travel up to 50%)
Overview
Reporting directly to the International Sales Director, you will function as a crucial interface between the factory, distribution channel partners, and end customers. Your main goal will be to develop and implement key business initiatives, support dealer development, and provide technical sales & application support to enhance sales growth. The territory under your responsibility includes:
- Western, Central Africa (French-speaking Africa)
- Parts of Europe (EMEA region) within Terex Minerals Processing Systems ERSA & EMEA Region
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and commercial sales support to meet revenue, pricing, and margin targets within your assigned territory 📈
- Manage and develop distribution channels to expand market reach
- Prospect new partners for underserved territories and market segments
- Manage sales forecasting to optimize finished goods inventory levels
- Oversee dealer order patterns, backlog scheduling, credit terms, and receivable collections
- Communicate updates on new product launches, changes, and pricing policies 📢
- Provide technical application support for MPS ranges to dealers and end-users 🛠️
- Recommend precise technical solutions and machine performance specifications to meet customer needs
- Train and advise dealer staff and end-users on product features, benefits, applications, and unique selling points (USPs) 🎓
- Participate in commercial negotiations with partners and end-users, offering insights on products and major projects
- Visit customer sites to advise on plant layouts and process optimizations 🏭
- Gather market feedback on existing products and services to inform future strategies
