Regional Sales Manager (Medical Device) – Japanese Bilingual 🇯🇵

Location & Compensation

• Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
• Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (including bonus)

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Develop and nurture relationships with OEM and medical device manufacturing customers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions/products
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Support pricing, product positioning, and customer proposals
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and global teams
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings
• Provide accurate quotations, forecasts, and detailed sales reports
• Support long-term strategic growth initiatives within your territory

Qualifications & Experience ✅

• 5+ years in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
• Experience in medical device manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive self-starter with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to understand and convey technical concepts effectively
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Japanese bilingual proficiency

Preferred Background 🌟

• Medical device manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of OEM or contract manufacturing
• Technical or scientific educational background
• Experience working with international teams
