Regional Sales Manager Compensation & Benefits 💼

  • Pay: $158,000 annual base salary + bonus

Qualifications Required ✅

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Required
  • Driver’s License: Valid with a clean record over the past three years
  • Experience: Automotive or related field, or equivalent retail automotive sales experience
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (written and oral), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Other: Ability to multitask, pass a drug test, and background check
  • Experience Level: 7+ years of relevant experience required
  • Preferred Background: Roles such as Regional Manager, Area Manager, Area Supervisor, or related positions

Responsibilities of a Regional Sales Manager 📋

  • Dealership Support & Compliance: Ensure dealerships follow corporate sales and marketing programs, policies, and certification requirements
  • Sales Strategy & Problem Solving: Analyze inventory and sales data, develop strategies to address deficiencies, and enhance dealer performance
  • CRM & Retail Optimization: Improve dealer CRM effectiveness, sales processes, and the overall retail experience while reducing performance gaps
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Create weekly sales forecasts, monitor market conditions, and manage dealer marketing budgets
  • Event & Personnel Management: Oversee local events, analyze inventory metrics, and address turnover to promote operational excellence
