Key Responsibilities

  • Budget & HR Analytics: Define, monitor, and control budgeted hours and productivity, analyze HR ratios such as rotation and absenteeism.
  • Wage Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to the company's wage policy, aligning it with market standards and corporate policies.
  • Social Relations & Labor Laws: Manage social relations respecting the country's labor context and aligning with Group policies and strategies.
  • Health & Safety: Oversee compliance with Health & Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment in stores.
  • Store Openings & Team Selection: Guarantee successful store openings by selecting, onboarding, and training teams; visit stores to support sales and HR policy compliance.
  • Candidate Selection & Training: Coordinate recruitment processes with the Recruitment Team and oversee training to develop a professional and skilled workforce.
  • Internal Promotion & Projects: Develop and implement initiatives to foster internal career growth.
  • Corporate Culture & Internal Communication: Act as an ambassador for Zara’s culture through internal and external communication, safeguarding our employer brand.
  • Work Environment & Team Organization: Establish measures for analyzing and improving the working environment, organizing team responsibilities for optimal results.
  • Strategy Alignment: Ensure HR strategies align with the Retail Director’s goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Human Resources certification or equivalent studies preferred
  • Proficiency in IT skills, especially MS Excel
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Motivational leadership qualities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, disciplined, and adaptable to change
  • People-oriented with conflict management skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Annual Compensation Range

$105,000 - $120,000 + discretionary bonus
