What We’re Looking For

We are in search of a Passionate and Experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to shape the people strategy in the US, specifically supporting our Sales organization. This pivotal role combines strategic influence with hands-on support, ideal for an empathetic leader who enjoys mentoring, coaching, and fostering organizational culture. 🌟

• Location: New Jersey - Hybrid
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $130,000 annually

This role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with management to align the business unit’s vision, mission, and strategy with a robust people strategy
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor, supporting employees and managers within the business unit
• Lead and coordinate global HR initiatives for international teams, ensuring consistency
• Develop and execute strategic talent plans focused on growth, development, and engagement
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to oversee global recruitment efforts
• Manage headcount budgets in collaboration with business and finance leaders
• Work with the Employee Experience Manager on team bonding and cultural initiatives 🎉

Requirements

What You Should Have

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, especially in R&D, Product, Security, or hi-tech environments
• Experience managing diverse teams within international companies, with a focus on the Sales business unit (big advantage)
• Experience at a global high-tech company; familiarity with Israeli companies and Hebrew language skills (advantage) 🇮🇱
• Strong expertise in organizational development and management consulting
• Proficiency in using metrics and analytics to inform decisions
• Solid understanding of local and international labor laws
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation
• Positive “can-do” attitude with adaptability to trends and challenges

Education

• BSc in Behavioral Science or related field; MA preferred
