Primary Objectives 🎯

• Provide dedicated support internally and externally to our life insurance agents.
• Empower agents with the necessary tools and guidance to succeed.
• Recruit, develop, and support agents to deliver outstanding client service.
• Guide clients through their financial journeys with expertise and care.

Major Duties and Responsibilities 🚀

• Promote our All-in-One service platform to attract insurance agents and financial professionals during recruiting efforts.
• Outreach activities including cold calls, marketing events, and in-person visits to recruit prospects.
• Build business relationships as a main contact, participating in events, setting up booths, and distributing promotional materials.
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet client needs and optimize financial goals.
• Educate agents on new concepts in retirement planning and wealth transfer through financial planning.
• Support affiliated life agents with sales transactions, scheduling medical exams, and collecting insured data.
• Attend training sessions regularly to stay current on insurance product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Regional Internal Specialists on assigned tasks to ensure smooth operations within the regional office.

Basic Qualifications ✅

• Required Licenses: Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses preferred. New hires must obtain proper licensing within the first 90 days.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and one of the following: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
• Experience: 3-5 years in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion activities.
• Travel: Willing to travel locally and out-of-state for events and prospect visits.
• Availability: Ability to work once a month on weekends for seminars and events.
• Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced setting with a professional attitude, growth mindset, and positive learning approach.
