Position Overview

The Regional External Specialist is based close to the posted location and focuses on supporting both internal teams and external life insurance agents. Your role is crucial in promoting our All-in-One financial services, recruiting talented agents, and providing ongoing development to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• 🌟 Promote our All-in-One service platform to insurance agents and financial professionals as part of recruiting initiatives.
• 📞 Reach out to potential prospects through cold calls, marketing events, and in-person visits to recruit highly motivated agents and professionals.
• 🤝 Build strong business relationships by participating in events, setting up booths, and distributing promotional materials.
• 📊 Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial needs and optimize their goals.
• 🧠 Educate agents on new concepts in retirement planning and wealth transfer through comprehensive financial education.
• 💼 Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales, scheduling medical exams, and gathering insured data.
• 🎓 Attend training sessions regularly to stay current on product knowledge across all insurance carriers.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the Regional Internal Specialist to ensure smooth regional operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Licensing: Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses preferred; new hires must obtain these within 90 days.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Experience: 3–5 years in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion activities.
• Travel: Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state for events and meetings.
• Availability: Able to work once a month on weekends supporting local seminars and events.
• Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced setting with a professional, growth-oriented mindset.
