As a Regional External Specialist, your primary objective is to provide unwavering support both internally and externally to our life insurance agents, promoting our All-in-One financial services. You will serve as a trusted resource, empowering agents with the tools and guidance necessary to excel in their roles. Your key responsibilities include recruiting agents, providing ongoing development, and supporting their client service excellence through expertise and care.

🎯 Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote our All-in-One service platform: Drive recruitment efforts among insurance agents and financial professionals.
• Prospect outreach: Engage potential candidates via cold calls, marketing events, and in-person visits.
• Build business relationships: Serve as a main contact, participate in events, set up booths, and distribute promotional materials.
• Analyze product performance: Assist agents in aligning solutions with clients' financial needs and goals.
• Financial education: Teach agents about new retirement and wealth transfer concepts through financial planning.
• Support insurance transactions: Aid agents with sales activities, including scheduling medical exams and collecting client data.
• Stay educated: Attend training sessions to stay current on products from all insurance carriers.
• Operational support: Collaborate with the Regional Internal Specialist for seamless regional office operations.

📝 Basic Qualifications

• Licensing: Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses preferred; must obtain within 90 days if not already licensed.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English plus Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
• Experience: 3–5 years in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or related business promoting activities.
• Travel: Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state for events and prospect visits.
• Weekend Availability: Support seminars and events approximately once a month.
