LVMH Fragrance Brands Is Hiring A Regional E-retail & Digital Manager, Latin America

Job Title: Regional E-retail & Digital ManagerCompany: LVMH Fragrance BrandsLocation: Miami, FLRegion: Latin America Local Market (Export & Subsidiaries). Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. French and Portuguese would be a plus.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB POSITION:

The Regional E-retail & Digital Manager will be in charge of adapting the corporate Digital strategy to the Latam Local Market (Export & Subsidiaries) needs and level of maturity while ensuring it is perfectly in line with central guidelines. This manager will manage all online activity (media, influencers, CRM & e-retail) and will act as a point of contact between Marketing and Sales team (Sales Director and Brand Managers / KAMs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY & PLANS.

  • Ensure all Digital activity is in line with the global strategy developed at Corporate level.
  • Adapt all these guidelines to our region's needs (translations, adaption depending on the regional assortment, taking into account potential cultural specificities&).
  • Work distinctive Digital & Influencers plans depending on each country budget and specifications.
  • Coordinate all these Digital plans with the local Digital Managers and agencies, providing them all the information needed, and continuous monitoring each campaign results and KPI's.

E-RETAIL

  • Coordinate and supervise all e-retail sites & projects in the region: legal conditions, approvals & corporate requests.
  • Support Brand Managers / KAMs define e-retail strategy and e-trade commercial/animation activity plans. Facilitates promotional activity and works out-of-the-box promotions with key e-retailers & Brand Managers/KAMs
  • Support Brand Managers/ KAMs with joint business plans and key meetings with customers, on the digital discussion
  • Monitors monthly e-retail sales and KPIs to ensure growth is on track vs. Sell-Out objectives.
  • Ensures guidelines from E-Retail Global team are followed and implemented.
  • Facilitates timely product launches on retailers.com.
  • Oversees integration of e-retail assets (Copy, Pack Shots etc) into retailers.com, reviews and optimizes product range, ensures quality and quantity of online assortment and online shelf/visual merchandising.
  • Liaises with Brand Managers/Marketing to ensure digital implementations and media plans are aligned with trade activity and that a large proportion of media effectively drives to retailers.com.
  • Coordination of Regional Digital Budget in constant communication with the Commercial teams, Marketing Director & Finance.

PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years previous experience in Digital Marketing &; E-Retail / E-Commerce.
  • Previous experience in the Luxury, Beauty, Fashion, Arts or Media industry will be preferred.
  • Passion for Digital, must be up to date regarding latest media trends and digital tools and technologies
  • Sensitivity to Luxury and Cosmetics, rigorous attention to details
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and drive for results
  • Strong project management skills (setting priorities, team coordination&)
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external service providers
  • Experience in partnering with agencies (ability to brief accurately, to negotiate prices, to challenge creative and technical teams, report bugs and ensure follow-up)
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
  • Creativity and ability to take initiative and make ideas come to life in the business environment
  • Master the use of MS Office & Google Analytics.
  • Must be completely bilingual Spanish and English. French and Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Travels approximately 10% of the time to engage with the local teams
  • Must have valid US work authorization; not able to sponsor US work visa.
