Essential Functions 🏥
The Regional Director of Operations is a highly visible leadership role responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across care centers.
Duties and Responsibilities 🎯
- Financial Oversight 💰: Manage Care Center P&Ls by working with the finance team to develop budgets and analyze financial data to meet financial goals.
- Patient Experience 🌟: Implement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and ensure a best-in-class care experience.
- Operational Issue Resolution 🛠️: Address and resolve all operational issues within the region.
- Leadership Development 📈: Train and guide Market Leaders and Operational Leaders, fostering ongoing professional growth.
- Clinical & Operational Liaison 🤝: Serve as a bridge between care centers and clinical/executive leadership teams.
- Strategic Planning 🚀: Contribute to organizational strategy, oversee care center performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Department Collaboration 🤝: Work closely with operational leaders, VBC, finance, and HR to achieve organizational objectives.
- Additional Duties 📋: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong background in managed care with accountability in P&L and/or MLR.
- Minimum of 3 years in healthcare operations management.
- At least 2 years managing multiple medical clinics or healthcare facilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to meet operational goals.
- Familiarity with organizational technology such as EMR and phone systems.
Working Conditions ⚙️
Primarily office-based with a hybrid/remote setup. Routine travel to multiple care centers within the assigned region is required.
Physical Demands 🏋️♂️
