Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for various organizational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- 📝 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- 🤝 Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- 🕵️♂️ Screen candidate profiles to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- 💾 Manage candidate data and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- 🤝 Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build long-term relationships.
- 📈 Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities.
- 🌟 Support employer branding initiatives by promoting our company’s values and culture to potential candidates.
- 📊 Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipeline status.
Requirements
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 🏆 Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role.
- 🔬 Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-quality candidates.
- 🛠️ Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS.
- 💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ⚡ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 🗃️ Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ✨ Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus.
- 📊 Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
