📝 Job Description

Become a vital part of our recruitment team by supporting the full-cycle hiring process and gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • 🤝 Assist in managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • 📢 Post job openings on various platforms including job boards, career websites, and social media.
  • 🔍 Review resumes, screen applications, and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • 📅 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • 🗃️ Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • ✍️ Create and update recruitment materials such as job descriptions and interview guides.
  • 🔎 Support background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities.
  • 🎉 Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, campus recruiting events, and sourcing activities.
  • 📝 Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

🎓 Qualifications

  • 🎓 Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 💡 Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • 📝 Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • 🤝 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 🗂️ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 🔒 Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 🚀 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • ⭐ Previous internship or work experience in HR/recruiting is preferred but not required.
