Responsibilities

• Conduct online and phone meetings with clients to determine qualification criteria for candidates 📞
• Publish job advertisements on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms 📢
• Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g., via LinkedIn) 🔍
• Screen resumes and job applications 📝
• Interview candidates and prepare shortlists of qualified potential hires 🎯
• Update clients on the hiring status, including the number of screened candidates 📊
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients 👔
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future opportunities 🌱
• Keep detailed records of past applicants, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations 📂
• Manage a portfolio of clients and foster strong client relationships 🤝

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Japanese 🇯🇵
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service in any industry 💼
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team 🤝
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems 📊
