Responsibilities

• Conduct online and phone meetings with clients to define qualification criteria for candidates 📞💼
• Publish job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms 🌐
• Source and contact passive candidates online, including via LinkedIn 🔎
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify top candidates 📄
• Interview candidates and prepare shortlists of qualified potential hires 🎤
• Update clients on hiring progress, including the number of screened candidates 📊
• Assist candidates in preparation for interviews with clients 📝
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future opportunities 🌱
• Maintain detailed records of applicants’ information, resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations 🗃️
• Manage a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships 🤝

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Japanese 🗣️
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service across any industry 💼
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️🤝
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team 🧑‍💻
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 💻
