Responsibilities 🎯

• Conduct online and phone meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
• Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media platforms
• Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g., via LinkedIn)
• Screen resumes and applications
• Interview candidates and prepare shortlists of qualified potential hires
• Update clients on hiring progress (e.g., number of screened candidates)
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients
• Build talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of applicants, including resumes, interview evaluations, and assignments
• Manage a portfolio of clients and foster strong professional relationships

Qualifications ✅

• Native fluency in Japanese
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service in any industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems
