The Role

We are searching for a talented Recruiter who can identify and refer highly qualified experts from diverse fields. As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing and identifying skilled professionals across various industries.
• Referring experts to join LLM data training projects, providing fully remote and flexible work options.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.

Your Profile

We’re looking for candidates who combine recruiting expertise with excellent communication skills. Specifically, you should have:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries.
• Experience hiring in Poland, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, and major Polish-speaking diaspora communities in Europe such as Germany and the UK.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Polish.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
